Billing Overview

The Billing section allows you to manage your subscription, update payment details, and view billing history for your Juuno account.

You can access billing settings from your Settings > Billing.

The Billing section allows you to manage your Juuno subscription, update payment details, and view billing history.


Available Plans

Juuno currently offers three subscription plans.

Pay per screen Plans

The Pay per screen plan is designed for most users using digital signage.

There are two Pay per screen options available

Business

$5 USD per screen / month

This plan includes:

  • Flexible scaling

  • Unlimited users

  • Unlimited playlists

  • Cancel anytime

Growth

$9 USD per screen / month

This plan includes:

  • Everything in Business

  • Dashboard App

  • Access to Sequences

  • Access to Analytics

  • Access to Global Playlist

For both plans, you can add or remove screens depending on your needs.

White Label Plan

The White Label plan is designed for agencies and resellers who want to offer digital signage under their own brand.

Price

$100 USD / month

Features include:

  • 20 screens included

  • Custom branded player

  • Custom domain and email

Additional screens can be added for $5 USD per screen / month.


Access Billing Settings

  1. Log in to your Juuno account.

  2. Click the hamburger menu in the bottom-left corner.

  3. Select Settings.

  4. Click the Billing tab.

From here you can manage your subscription and payment information.


Manage Your Subscription

In the Billing section, you can:

View your current plan See your total purchases.

Purchase more screens or downgrade your plan Change your plan depending on your needs.

Cancel your subscription Stop future renewals for your account.


Update Payment Details

You can update your card details any time.


Billing History and Invoices

You can view your billing history in the Billing section.

This includes:

  • Past payments

  • Downloadable invoices

Invoices are typically available after each successful payment.


Notes

  • Subscription plans renew automatically unless cancelled.

  • Purchases take effect immediately

  • If a payment fails, you may be asked to update your payment method.

  • If you need assistance with billing, please contact Juuno Support.
