How Veo’s Brand Team Runs Office Digital Signage Across a 400-Person HQ
Veo is a Copenhagen-based sports technology company with nearly 400 employees. Their brand team produces dynamic sports content every week — but getting that content onto office screens used to mean showing up and pressing play.
After switching to Juuno on Amazon Signage Stick, their five-to-ten screens run on automated playlists. No daily restarts. No manual intervention.

The challenge: great content, broken distribution
Before Juuno, Veo’s office screens were a manual operation. The brand team would prepare content, but actually getting it onto the screens required daily hands-on involvement — each screen needed to be manually managed to keep the right content running.
“There was a lot of manual work involved.”
— Thor Soltauw Mommsen, Brand and Communications, Veo
For a team already producing content at pace, the overhead of managing each screen individually was the wrong use of time. Content would go stale. Screens would go dark. And employees who didn’t follow Veo’s social channels weren’t seeing the work the brand team was putting out every week.
Finding Juuno
Veo’s brand team found Juuno organically while looking for a simpler way to manage office screens. They paired Juuno with Amazon Signage Stick — purpose-built for commercial display use, designed to stay on and stay connected in always-on environments.
The deployment covers 5–10 screens including two large kitchen projectors and the main reception display.
What changed
Three things changed after the switch:
Automated playback. Juuno playlists loop continuously without requiring manual restarts. The brand team publishes content once; the screens run it until the playlist is updated.
Broader reach. Not every Veo employee follows the company’s social channels. Office screens reach the full team by default — anyone who walks through reception, grabs lunch, or passes through a communal area sees the content.
A professional reception. Visitors arriving at Veo’s Copenhagen HQ walk into a space where the screens look intentional, not overlooked.

What’s next
Veo’s deployment is in its early stages. The brand team is planning to expand both the content they run and the number of screens they cover — using Juuno as the platform to scale from. The foundation is in place: automated playlists running on reliable hardware, managed centrally by a team that already produces the content. Adding screens means adding screens — not adding work.
