FAQs

How much can an agency make reselling white-label digital signage?

Most agencies running Juuno's white-label program earn 40–60% recurring margin on each screen they resell. Juuno charges resellers $5 per screen per month; agencies typically charge end-clients $10–$25 per screen per month, often bundled into a wider service contract. With even a modest portfolio of 50 client screens, that's a recurring monthly revenue line of $500 to $1,250 β€” for a product the agency neither builds nor maintains.

What does white-label digital signage actually cost the reseller?

White-label Juuno costs $5 per screen per month, with a $100/month base plan that includes the first 20 screens. There's no setup fee, no minimum contract length, and no per-seat or per-user charge. You set the retail price your clients pay; the spread between $5 and your retail price is your margin.

Can our clients see the Juuno brand anywhere?

No. White-label clients see only your brand β€” your logo, your domain, your colours β€” across the dashboard, login screen, and player. The Juuno name does not appear in the product, in client-facing emails, or in the URL bar. You own the customer relationship end-to-end.

What's included in the white-label package?

Every white-label account includes a branded dashboard, custom domain or subdomain, white-label media player, full admin control over screens and content, automatic infrastructure updates, and per-screen pricing with scale discounts. You manage clients, content, and pricing; Juuno handles hosting, uptime, and platform development.

What hardware do end-clients need?

End-clients can use the Amazon Signage Stick, an Android TV device, a Chromecast, or any modern smart TV with a built-in browser. The Amazon Signage Stick is the recommended option for most deployments because it's affordable, designed for 24/7 commercial use, and ships globally. Dedicated white-label hardware is also available on request.

How long does it take to onboard a new client?

A new white-label client can typically be live on screens in under an hour once hardware is on-site. Onboarding involves creating the client's account in your branded dashboard, uploading or scheduling content, and pairing each screen by entering a six-digit code. Most agencies template this process so they can roll out repeat clients in under 30 minutes per location.

Who handles client support — us or Juuno?

The reselling agency owns the client relationship and frontline support; Juuno handles platform infrastructure, uptime, and product development. This is the standard white-label split: your clients call you, not us, and we make sure the product they're calling you about works. Agencies on the program also get a direct line to Juuno for any technical escalation.

Can we set our own pricing for our clients?

Yes β€” you set every retail price. Juuno charges you $5 per screen per month; what you charge your clients is entirely your decision. Most agencies bundle signage into a monthly retainer or charge per-screen at 2–5x the wholesale rate, depending on the level of content management and design support they include.

Can we ship our own branded signage player?

Yes β€” Juuno is the only white-label signage platform we know of that allows this. Resellers can download the player source code from our public GitHub repo and build a fully custom-branded player for any platform: iOS, Android, dedicated hardware, embedded devices, or kiosks. The repo is fully documented so non-technical users can ship their own player using an LLM β€” no developer required.

What kinds of agencies does white-label digital signage work best for?

White-label digital signage works best for design agencies, IT and managed service providers, marketing agencies, and multi-site operators β€” anyone who already has client relationships and wants to add a recurring revenue line without building software. It's especially well-suited to agencies serving hospitality, retail, fitness, healthcare, and corporate clients, where on-screen content management is an ongoing need rather than a one-off project.
